The tribological 3D printing material is up to 50 times more abrasion-resistant than conventional 3D print materials igus® has been researching the 3D printer filament field to provide its customers with even more flexibility. Real useable parts can now be produced for prototyping. At the moment we offer two materials: the highly wear resistant iglidur® I170-PF and the flexible iglidur® I180-PF. igus®' 3D printer material starter kits are now available in weights from 25 g and diameters of 1,75 mm - 3 mm. The VX500 is a 3D printer for industrial applications that has been tried and tested many times over in practice. These machines can be found wherever there is a demand for the straightforward production of prototypes and models. In digital printing, we process paper types in grammages of 70-300gr/QM. We have a rich selection of paper qualities available at Kreuzberg, Berlin site. All common file formats are available for digital printings ex: Microsoft office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel), image file formats(JPEG,TIFF) etc.We use professional imposition software to create brochures, Business Cards, Passport size photo or entire folders of holiday photos from single page. We deliver an expression to you on selected paper size, before the actual digital printing. For the expression we charge a basic fee of 1€. Subsequently, the required printed pages, selected material, bindings and all other service charges are calculated.
