The STE-6 electric stock pot range is used in large-scale kitchens and public eating facilities to heat and prepare food. The 440 mm electric heating element is embedded in the upper plate. The unit is made of food safe stainless steel. Heating element input is regulated with a four-position switch and a light indicating when the unit is turned on. The stock pot range has adjustable legs to accommodate uneven floors.

This electric pan is designed for preparing different meals and dishes. Food is thermally processed – by frying in oil or stewing with water. The pan may be used in large-scale kitchens, factory canteens or buffets. The unit is made of food safe stainless steel. The upper part of the appliance contains a cooking vessel whose cover is attached to the support frame and placed on slide bearings. The cooking vessel may be manually tilted using a turning wheel on the right side of the appliance. The pan is fitted with a working thermostat under the front cover in the electric box fastened to the support frame. On the back of the support frame is a proximity switch which disconnects the control circuit when the vessel is tilted. The electric pan is fitted with heater body located on the pressure plate under the cooking vessel, with electrical water supply into boiling vessel and with adjustable feet to accommodate uneven floors.

The electric oven with possibility of circulation is used in public eating facilities for baking cakes, roasting meet, drying, preserving, etc. The electric oven is made of food safe stainless steel. PCE-930 SC, PCE-920 SCP electric ovens with base and PCE-910 SCP electric ovens with base consist of single ovens located directly above each other in an amount that corresponds with the type given. The stainless steel oven cavity measures 600x740x360 mm. Measurements conform to the use of standard utensils (GN 2/1-65 roasting tray, GN 2/1-20 baking tray). The oven door is full. Each oven is specially fitted with main switch, working thermostat and control lights with two heating elements and one fan. The outer case is made of stainless steel.The bottom of equipment is enclosed with a cover plate.The heating element is uncovered. The oven is fitted with adjustable legs to accommodate uneven floors.
