At Extra Forge d.o.o., we also specialize in the closed die forging of aluminum. We can forge products from any aluminum alloy, with weights ranging from 0.05 to 6 kg. Our company prides itself on having professional associates who were among the first in the region to forge aluminum products, a process distinct from steel forging. Our advanced technological processes for die forging aluminum semi-finished products allow us to achieve an accuracy of ± 0.2 mm, ensuring precision and quality in our forgings.

A door made of aluminium can be made to look unrecognisable as it is such a versatile material that it can retain all its intrinsic qualities of strength, durability and sturdiness, while being dressed up to imitate wood. The wood decor of the model 1040 is Knotty oak with a dark, finely-textured colour for the frame. The elongated, rectangular bar handle with LUX illumination in a black Nero Edition finish gives it a special charm. A Nero Edition protective trim is also discreetly integrated into the base of the door. The clear glass with sandblasted motif gives the door a sophisticated appearance. The model is also available in a wood or alu-wood version.
