We have started a new department for the production of aluminium and steel rotors in 2017. In the addition of axles and housing we now assemble, turn, grind and finally inspect the rotors for them.

We use wide range of materials from: aluminium alloys, brass, copper, bronze, steel, stainless steel, up to different types of plastic. Since 70 % of our products consist from aluminium alloys and plastic we can ensure you that we excel in the production of aluminium milling parts and plastic parts of various properties. This comes into play when certain product must have their own characteristics. For aluminium components those are hardness, resistance to heat, wear, good anodization or painting and for plastic components hardness, resistance to heat, wear, some must not be greasy or must not be conductive or anti-static. We support you by having more than 3 tons of material in stock, which guarantees us an immediate start of production. Before production, we review the entire technical documentation, sometimes various adjustments are required. This leads to more affordable and better quality of the end-product, and consequently greater satisfaction of our partners.
