Nitriding treatment is a chemical heat treatment process in which nitrogen atoms penetrate the surface of the workpiece at a certain temperature and in a certain medium. The products treated with nitriding have excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The general process of nitriding process :1. Pretreatment: clean, remove oil and dry the metal surface to ensure that the surface is clean and free of impurities. 2. Nitriding treatment: The metal is placed in an atmosphere containing nitrogen and treated at high temperatures to form a nitriding layer on the surface of the metal. 3. Post-treatment: Clean and cool the metal surface after nitriding to remove the residual nitride layer and prevent its oxidation. The nitriding process is of great importance for many industrial fields, such as tool manufacturing and automotive parts manufacturing.

By using hot forging process, we shape different types of carbon steel, all types of alloy steel and most of the time stainless steel.The Hot forging process and thus the transformation of steels has a number of specific points in its process. We have directed the development of forging into forging stainless steels, as these steels are increasingly present in automotive engines as well as in other segments of the use of forged parts. The advantage of stainless steels is that they are corrosion-resistant, and do not require additional surface protection. Through the hot forging process, we are able to transform both ferritic, martensitic and austenitic stainless steels.

They contribute to the avoidance of paraffin clouds in fuel oil or Diesel storage tanks. In relation to the process, we provide you with tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. We offer our series “THF” a suspended, on a chain flexible solution to keep heating oil or diesel fuel in the extraction line pumpable. Water runs over the heat exchanger plates from a trough arranged above the heat exchanger plates. This enables a continuous heat transfer between the water and the cooling medium. Outstanding advantages The arrangement of holes in the upper tub enables targeted water distribution on the heat exchanger plates. The construction using a perforated tub has the further advantage that no contamination occurs and the liquid to be cooled is evenly distributed. Low boiling delay Our trickle coolers are characterized by the fact that the boiling delay is low in flooded operation, whereby overheating can be selected in dry expansion operation.
