Semi-finished products - Import export

You can count on us for precision work, from less than one gram to complete or semi-finished products of up to about 2.5 kilograms. We work with the most diverse plastics: from commodity plastics to engineering plastics and high engineering plastics.

The combination of multiple technologies/procedures in one step is called OneShot technology. Semi-finished products (e.g. renewable raw materials such as natural fibers) and decorative materials (e.g. textiles) have to be handled in one production step to finish a component, such as a door panel. FRIMO has developed a modular system that allows for simple and customized configuration of a OneShot plant with all necessary tools. The following units can be integrated into such a plant: feeding station, heating station, calibrating station, material assembly station, press with OneShot tool, part-removal station.

Vacuum El System has extensive experience with electro-mechanical and mechanical assemblies, managing a product from concept to high volume production. We are able to source and assemble external components to specification, providing you with fully or semi-finished products. It is possible to pack and label your products, and deliver them to the end user directly. Our experience in the assembly of vacuum pumps and systems, metal cabinets, frames, CNC controllers, electrical cabinets, medical equipment and many more, guarantees that highly complex as well as simple products can be assembled by us with excellent quality.

PAF offers a wide range of metal props with different load capacities. These are adjustable Props from 0.5 m to 5.00 m opening.
