Coated and vapour coated panes etc. are delicate therefore we have special non rub off suction plates for all our vacuum lifting devices ready for residue free handling. Non-marking plates leave no traces on vapour coated or mirrored panes for instance.

Heavydrive®'s special rubber compound keeps the suction pads soft and flexible at temperatures below zero, just like snow tyres. This way, they can be used at temperatures as low as -20°C.

With the telescopic aerial probe, any gas traces that may be present can be better detected. This is particularly recommended in pedestrian zones. Due to the high suction power of the extraction system, the gas concentration in the ground is already very diluted. However gas may still be later detected - but not with the telecopic aerial probe. Depending on the requirements, the telescopic aerial probe can be clicked into place quickly.

Special sealers ME 455/605 VAD with air suction system (max 80%) suitable for volume reduction and better preservation of products. The machine is equipped with a double sealing bar with a sealing width of 5 mm, an electric pedal drive and pneumatic cylinders, mobile nozzles for air intake, an adjustable timer for suction, sealing and cooling. In the cryogenic blasting process, an enrichment of rubber and plastic waste powder takes place due to fine abrasion during the treatment procedure. Thus the performance and processing time of the blasting-media will deteriorate and decrease its jet-energy. In our cryognic deflashing machines, the blasting-media is primary screened by the treatment drum perforation, however, after a long operating time the amount of rubber and plastic waste powder increases. In order to guarantee a constant, statistically secure and economic processing, this powder has to be removed periodically from the blasting-media. Our automatically working blasting-media recovery machine consists of a suction & drying system and a vibrating-screen unit. The used blasting-media has to be aspirated manually from the deflashing machine. The drying of the polluted wet and cold media takes place in the suction tank and the cleaning by screening with final separation into waste powder, waste media & re-usable media,

The new Scout VGS 4500 measuring station consists of measuring probes mounted on the front of the vehicle and a measuring cell installed within the vehicle.
