X-Grid Plastic Disposable Static Mixers (High Performance) For difficult mixing applications where materials to be mixed have large differences in viscosity and volumetric ratio or when a very high degree of mixing is required, the X-Grid static mixer designs are best. The X-Grid family of static mixers has the characteristic feature of an X-Grid crossing bar structure. It is most suitable for easy to moderate difficulty meter-mix-dispense applications. Ultrasonic Flow Meters Energoflow DF with clamp-on sensors are designed for measuring flow velocity, volumetric flow rate and volume of fluids and gases, transported through pipelines in the forward or reverse direction using the Doppler effect. They can be used for measuring acoustically opaque fluids – slurries, liquids with suspended particles and other contamination.. These Doppler Flow Meter can be used for various pipe materials: steel, cast iron, asbestos cement and plastic pipelines, etc.

For applications where the medium pressure is very high, eg. measuring the flow of stratal water, we have developed the model LF-131H. The device can be used for bidirectional measurement of flow of mediums at pressure as high as 40 Mpa. These Liquid Flow Meter LF-131H are available in two versions - with an integrally mounted or with a standard remotely installed Electronics unit. Electronics unit having a built-in battery which provides full autonomous functionality for more than four years, The LF-131H Liquid Flow Meter are widely used in the downstream applications in the Oil & Gas industry, eg. at extraction wells since they are rugged and can handle aggressive liquids at such high pressure. They are also used for applications like cementing of wells and measurement of flow of chemicals injected into wells at high pressure.

The Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meter Energoflow LF-2P2 with clamp-on sensors is designed for use in field conditions for monitoring and measurement of flow of liquids eg. water, petroleum and petroleum products, industrial chemicals, solvents, etc. in fully filled pipelines. The set comes in a handy, easy to carry durable case and can be used for: *single channel ( accuracy 1.5%) and twin channel ( accuracy 0.5%....1% ) flow measurements on a single pipeline *real-time comparison or summation of flows in two adjacent pipelines (single channel mode per pipeline) Thus the set is a boon for repair teams and field engineers. The built-in digital oscilloscope facility and inline calibration function make installation and commissioning very fast, simple and easy.

Four-channel Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meter Energoflow GFE-404 is MID certified specially designed for applications where very high accuracy is required, e.g. for custody transfer measurement of natural gas. The standard version provides an accuracy of 0.5%, flow meters with an accuracy of 0.2% can be supplied under order. Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meter Energoflow GFE-404 certified to OIML R137 class 0.5 by PTB. The flow meters provide accurate and reliable measurement of the gas flow rate in the pipeline in both directions within the range from 0.1 to 30 m / c. The flow meters are available in a wide range of sizes. The flow meters are pre-calibrated on air as per customer's requirements, pre-calibration on natural gas is provided under special order.

Energoflow GFE-202 and Energoflow GFE-201 are MID, ATEX certified state-of-art Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meters designed for accurate and reliable measurement of flow velocity, volumetric flow rate and volume of gaseous substances (gases) transported through pipelines in the forward or reverse direction. The flow meters are installed inline and supplied pre-calibrated on air or natural gas as per the customer's requirements. These flow meters can measure the flow velocity V of gas in a pipeline in both directions over a wide range - from 0.1 to 25.0 m/s (under order, special versions for measuring flow velocities up-to 35.0 m/s are available). They can be used for gas pressures as high as 160 bars and ambient temperatures from -60 up-to +70 deg. C. Besides, the flow meters provide all the traditional advantages of the pulse-time ultrasonic flow measurement technology – no pressure loss, no moving parts, easy servicing and simplicity of use.
