Safe, reliable and easy measurements of the exit speed made at the muzzle of firearms. Special design to be integrated into safe test rigs for material testing. The Foam Porosity Tester is used for monitoring the porosity of flexible cellular polyurethane. The machine determines how easy air passes through a cellular structure. Airflow values may be used as an indirect measurement of certain cell structure characteristics. The F0031 model foam porosity tester is made with reference to international standards for measurement of a flexible cellular test piece, 50mm x 50mm x 25mm, it is placed in a vacuum chamber cavity and a specified automatic constant differential air pressure is applied. The F0031’s Pa Pressure can be digitally set on the display and once the FPT reaches the Pa automatically the rate of airflow at the set Pa is locked in and (Held) on the Flow display automatically completing a test in seconds.

There are several different methods used for the evaluation of innersprings and boxsprings, testing for measurements regarding firmness, firmness retention, durability, effect of impact etc. The Cornell Type Tester is used to test the long term capacity of bedding to resist cyclic loading. The machine consists of a double hemispherical ram head on a manually adjustable shaft. A load cell is located on the ram head to measure the force being applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric which is rotated by an electric motor at up to 160 cycles per minute, variable. The bedding is located below the ram, and the eccentric and shaft position adjusted so that the maximum load of 1025N and the minimum load of 22N is applied when the eccentric is rotated to the lowest and highest positions respectively. A position transducer is located so the position of the ram head can be measured automatically.

The RESISTOMAT® model 2311 has been designed and optimized for high-speed applications in automation systems. Up to 100 measurements per second can be achieved. It works on the basis of the welltried four-wire measurement method in which test-lead resistances and contact resistances are eliminated. The instrument leads are monitored for damage by a built-in open circuit detector. A 2-way and 4-way comparator with switching outputs is available for classifications and selections. Of course, temperature compensation is available for any test object material. Specific temperature coefficients can be entered. Temperature recording takes place using a PT100 sensor or a temperature transmitter (pyrometer) with an analog output. A special circuit for protecting the measurement input when measuring inductive test objects has been developed to prevent damage to the meter from voltage peaks produced when the test object is disconnected.

The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.
