Preparation Get the midi crème brûlée out of the plastic bag. Defrost in the microwave per 30 second intervals at max 750W in the microwave. If you leave some space between the dishes, you can defrost several midi sized trays at the same time. You can also defrost at room temperature. At 20°C the midi crème brûlée is defrosted in about half an hour.

The mini sized trays are flow wrapped by 16. Standard packing is 128 mini crème brûlées in a cardboard box. Preparation Get the mini crème brûlée out of the plastic bag.
