Novelty Steel Designs and manufactures various steel frames for restaurants and bars. We produce bespoke steel frames based on the client drawings and preferences. Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production. Novelty Steel has adapted EN 1090-2 standards into its manufacturing processes supervised by experienced quality management team.

Office container ten feet long and 250 cm high on the inside as normal. For small onsite workspace requirements, this transportable office is perfect. We provide a variety of options for doors and windows, including roller shutters, glazed bay windows, anti-intrusion bars, aluminum or steel doors, and aluminum or PVC windows. Sandwich panels with polyurethane or Rockwool insulation and thicknesses of 50, 60, 80, or 100 mm make up the walls. In addition, the floors and ceilings are insulated, with varying thicknesses according to the thermal performance requirements of the customer.

Spiral kneading machines are commonly preferred by bakery and pastry shops in order to shorten the usual kneading time. Also homogenous dough mixture is obtained thus volume of bread becomes even bigger. Machine can be worked as manual and automatic cycle with two programmable timers. The bowl, spiral arm, bar are made of stainless steel. The bowl can be rotated in reverse motion. Machine works as silent via belt transmissions of main power. It is a mobile machine and the wheels have locking system. Optionally, the temperature measuring unit may be added. process and allows to remove the bowl by user. The bowl is fasten to the mixer`s body with a locking system. By the way kneading standardization is always assured. The other specifications of removable bowl mixer are as follow: stainless steel bowl, knife and spiral hook, automatic and manual control, silence in mechanical system and power transfer, mechan-ical system and security system according to CE standards.

EGE Gazbeton corner blocks are used at the corner points of the masonry constructions, by filling the hole with concrete and steel bars, in order to increase the strength and the load-bearing capacity of the building. They are produced according to EN 771-4 standard.U blocks are used for the preparation of beams in high walls of the constructions, hiding the downpipes, building hidden chimneys and also used in the horizontal and vertical beam construction instead of wooden molds.

Filter holding frames are made of Ltype steel bars welded together to the rectangular frame shape and consisting of zinc coated carbon steel resp. stainless steel. With adjustable tension springs the frames are perfectly suited for installation of all commercially available pocket filters, compact filters or for filter combination systems. The header frames of the filters are going to be formclosed fixed inside to our holding frame at 4 edges by help of 4 tension springs. With 2 detents and 2 spring centre points the filters inside the holding frame can be safely bend, at height of 25 mm and 50 mm ( 1 and 2 inch ). From the filter holding frames a complete filter wall can be easily & fast established by simple screwing together. On request stainless steel versions are available.
