Cold pressed hazelnut oil is also used in anti-aging and anti-wrinkle cosmetics, skin and hair care products with its high values of phytosterols, antioxidants and phenolics compounds. It is also used as a carrier oil when using spices and tree oils rich in essential oils. We obtain hazelnut oil by cold pressing method without using any chemicals and heat application in order to keep the nutritional values and functional properties of the product at the highest level.
