ENDÜSTRİ GM Dust Collection Systems are designed for all kinds of applications and appeal to many sectors. By using it in closed areas, in dense dusty environments, it ensures that the environment is made dust-free and thus, the surface is seen more clearly and thus, the surface quality is increased. At the same time, environmentally friendly machines filter the dust in the environment and throw it cleanly into the atmosphere.

It is generally used as a dust collector, dust and air separator for the product. It is found in aspiration systems of cleaning machines. Dust removed by aspiration is separated from the air by means of a cyclone. The dust-laden carrier air is directed inside the separator thanks to the helical construction and is forced to rotate in the cyclone. Dust particles are dispersed to the environment with the effect of centrifugal forces arising due to rotation. Dust particles are carried along a helix path by means of the vortex created by the air pushed from behind. The clean air separated from the dusts goes through the suction pipe and goes to the outlet. Dust particles are directed downwards along the spiral due to the friction of the air against the wall. Filter bags are manufactured for optimum filtration performance. They are made from carefully selected media developed specifications the process industry. Various types of media are used such as needle felt, monofilament and multifilament. They are effective in reducing dust emission level as requirement of industries. These bags are placed in dust collector with supporting filter cages. Contaminated air takes path of outside to inside filtration. All solid contaminants get deposited at outer surface & clean air / gas passes through top chamber. Particles retained at outer surface of media get collected at bottom of dust collector with help of shaking mechanism or reverse pulse jetting mechanism.

Pleated dust collection cartridges are made of 100 % polyester media, metal or teflon treated material like pleated dust collection bags media with different coatings on it, as per requirement of applications. Pleated dust collection bags & cartridges are one & same. Manufacturer of dust collectors originally designed to build the dust collection cartridges in equipment, where as pleated bags can be used for existing dust collector in place of conventional dust collection bags, without modifications. This polyester media is made of high tensile filament yarn without using any binding agent. Thus hard finished material is very stable against hot gas attach & structurally durable.
