We offer glass processing by CNC like shaping, cutting drilling works.

The air duct is made of sheet metal construction. It is possible to make the desired air setting with air valves. Thanks to the mica glass, the cleaning process of the product can be clearly seen. The air duct is used to separate foreign substances that are lighter than the product with the help of air. It is mounted in front of the garbage separator and at the outlet of the peeler. The feeding table located at the product entrance ensures homogeneous goods flow throughout the channel. The rear curtain, which is moved throughout, allows the duct cross-section to be adjusted as desired by means of adjustment bolts. This precise adjustment of the air speed in the duct ensures that the light substances in the grain passing through the duct are separated in the desired amount.

The cutting, drilling, bevelling, grinding, CNC, water-jet, screen printing, digital printing and sanding operations are carried out in our factory. Several edge processing methods such as bevelling, band grinding, herringbone grinding are applied in our processing facility. The plain and figured sanding operations are opacifying operations applied on the glass surfaces with sanding method. We can carry out all kinds of operations such as glass cutting, grinding, drilling, writing and drawing shapes with our glass processing machine controlled by a computer. The water-jet cutting method is the technology which can cut all kinds of materials in the world from 0,1 mm to 170 mm such as hard or soft glasses, marbles, metals. We can provide water-jet cutting operations in our facility from 50x50 mm minimum and to 2100x1500 mm maximum.

Processed Glass with any sizes between the thickness of 4-10 mm. Minimum 40x40 mm can be polished and 50x50 mm can be beveled Tempered Curved&Flat, Bronzed, Fumed and Reflective types are available.

Because of high frequency of start stop cycle, autoclave manufacturing needs more experience and controls than other pressure parts. Our autoclaves have high operational safety. Autoclave covers are extremely easy to open and close, and are safe against high temperatures and pressures. German Scholz Gmbh, which has proven its experience in Autoclave jaws depending on customer demands, as we do the design and production of autoclave jaws with seamless and weldless hot roll rings in our company. We also supply covers from the company and we can use these covers in our products.

Flat glass tempering furnace is designed to make heat resistant and stronger glass for the cut and processed glass. Flat glass, reflective glass, colored glass and hard-coated (Low-E) glass can be tempered. Glass tempering is performed in maximum quality.

It is the process of drilling the glass with a standard countersunk in accordance with the desired diameter and coordinates or with a deep countersunk suitable for assembly. Drilling and milling in our factory is done automatically by computer-aided CNC machines, keeping the margin of error at the level of ±0.2 mm.

Bullet proof glass can produce with polycarbon covarage in order to prove disperse of glass particles in case of armed attacs. It is produced according to standard of EN class of EN1063. Safety Glasses which are asymmetric, if apllicate at right psition, it can has bullet proof property. If lamination process applly double glass in order to attain bullet proof property, lamination process have apply opposite of expected armed attack.

Waste heat boilers are the equipment used in the production of process fluids such as steam, hot water or hot water by recovering this heat in processes where there is high temperature waste heat. For example, cogeneration plants, cement plants, glass factories or steel production process chimneys are potential sources for waste heat boiler application. Design and production with CE/ASME mark can be made according to EN12952 & EN12953 & ASME standards with smoke tube, water tube or combined. Depending on the operating time of the system, the payback period for installing such boilers may be limited to several years, so they are quite attractive systems to invest in.
