Multi-purpose ceiling opening pallet doors are made of steel material. Parking entrances, Garage Entrances and Service entrances etc. It is an ideal system for motorized and manual use. The 510 mm panels that make up the door are connected to each other with Galvanized steel, panel color electrostatic painted steel or stainless steel (Optional) hinges. Panels with a thickness of 40-42 mm and a thermal coefficient of 0.78 W/m2K are composed of two steel, aluminum or stainless steel plates filled with polyurethane foam of 40 kg/m3 density. There is a polyurethane filling inside the panel, which increases the wind resistance and heat insulation. Thanks to EPDM gaskets, high insulation is provided on the sides, bottom and top, against rain and wind. The doors, which are balanced with the spring system, can be easily opened and closed manually without the need for a motor. The doors have a safety system (optional) against spring breaks (Optional) and rope throws.
