EMA offers a variety of Demister Pad includes Wire Mesh Demister Pads and Filter Demister Pads for different process equipments handling liquid and vapor. Due to carry over of liquid particulate matter by gas or vapour, termed as entrainment is common in gas-liquid separations. It causes material loss and adversely affects the operational efficiency of the system. Constructed in a simple and light weight structure, it works by coalescing liquid droplets of smaller sizes. It results in increased collisions among the liquid drops forcing them to stick together in order to form bigger droplets that are too heavy to rise with the gas stream.

EMTA Aluminum Continuous Casting and Rolling lines are designed to produce pure electrical conductor grade aluminum rod by using A7E (purity of 99,7%) and A8 (purity of 99,8%) and alloy conductor grade aluminum rod coils directly from pure molten metal on a continuous basis. EMTA can produce heat-treatable alloys rod with tempers supplied which from F (as Fabricated) to T4 (Thermally Treated). EMTA manufacturing lines are designed to produce from 9.5 to 15 mm diameter rods in level wound coils and packed in both "Eye to Side" and "Eye to Sky" coils of 2 tons covered with paperboard and plastic shrinkage to be delivered on wooden pallets.

Our products are avaible 16 mm2 as solid, 25 to 70 mm2 7 wired; from 95 mm2 to onwards as 19 wired confirming TS 11654. INSULATION Phase conductors of Aerial Bundled Cables are insulated by black coloured PE or XLPE which are weather resistant. USAGE AREA & ADVANTAGES OF ABC SYSTEMS The usage of Aerial Bundled Cables in low voltage networks provides important saving in installation costs, while it ensures the same reliability and safety, replaces bare conductors in overhead distribution lines and increased very rapidly all around the world. Compared to the copper conductors aerial bundled cables are lighter and more economical.

Used as bare overhead conductor for power transmission and distribution lines on aerial circuit that require a larger mechanical resistance than AAC, and a better corrosion resistance than the one produced by the ACSR. The sag characteristics and the strength-toweight ratio is better than AAC / ACSR.

This conductor is also known as aluminium stranded conductor. It is manufactured from electrolytically refined aluminium, having purity of minimum 99.7% AAC is used mainly in urban areas and the spacing is short and the supports are close. All aluminium conductors are made up of one or more strands of aluminium wire depending on the end usage. These conductors are also used extensively in costal because it has a very high degree of corrosion resistance.

This conductor consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium ACSR CONDUCTOR is available in a wide range of steel varying from 6% up to 40%. The higher strength ACSR CONDUCTORS are used for river crossings, overhead earth wires, installations involving extra long spans etc.. against any given resistance of conductor, ACSR conductor may be manufactured for having a wide range of tensile strength as per requirement. The principal advantage of these conductors are high tensile strength and light weight with longer spans as well as with less supports. Due to the greater diameter of ACSR CONDUCTOR much higher corona limit can be obtained causing big advantages on high as well as extra high voltage overhead lines.
