What is Intervention Cover? The intervention cover, made of Galvanized or Stainless Steel, is generally used for electrical cable main connections, etc. These are intervention covers mounted in places. Galvanized Intervention Covers and Stainless Steel Intervention Covers are materials that can be opened with a light touch and on which ceramics, paint or similar materials can be applied. The intervention cover consists of two frames. It can be opened and closed with additional equipment. It is very comfortable to use. It is electrostatic powder painted.

Composite manhole covers are an alternative to the traditional cast manhole cover solution. Composite manhole covers are a product made of molded and reinforced polymer to cover manholes. The reinforced and molded polymer is heavy duty and capable of withstanding high traffic reducing injuries to a relatively lower percentage. Strength Classes: A15, B 125, C250 and D400 are composite covers. composite covers can be a third of the weight of a Ductile Iron  cover and up to 80% lighter than a steel and concrete cover. They also provide a superior non-slip surface, are lockable and will not rust; They also look great on the floor.

ZIM T 1220 machine is designed to produce pipes. It uses forklifts to transport concrete pipes and it makes the production cycle shorter. Also it has uniqe specifications to increase production capacity, using life, products quality. This machine can produce pipes 300mm – 1200mm diameter and 1000mm – 2000mm height. The machine can be designed for producing single, double and triple pipe in a press. The vibration system of machine is controlled by frequency driver controll system. It does not need any mechanic settings. It can easily adjusted from operator pannel. The vibration system specially designed by our R&D team is used in our machines. The cooling of the vibrators are done by oil cycle system. There is a special unit for that cycling process. Oil flow is controlled by special sensors. Thanks to this technology our machines which have been working for many years without any problems, stand out with their low operating costs.
