Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards

Stainless steel is a very common material to use in fabrication projects, thanks to its versatility and durability, among others. Stainless steel possesses high good corrosion resistance which makes it the primary option for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, petrochemicals and machinery.The versatility of stainless steel requires different fabricating techniques. Stainless steel is a sensitive material which requires delicate weld preparation practices such as thorough surface preparation prior to commencement of welding. Shoddy surface cleaning may compromise the material features such as corrosion resistance. Stainless steel has definite advantages over other metals and, it’s one of the most expensive metal. This high cost puts additional pressure on fabricators to be more careful in fabrication processes. Stainless steel should be fabricated in a specialized clean workshop to prevent contamination. It is the quality with the best malleability feature among the austenitics. Its malleability capability is around 78% and it is named as the automat of stainless steel. Although the sulfur (S) addition improves its malleability, it also reduces corrosion resistance (lower than 304) and weakens its formability, it is especially not suitable for straight bending. Despite sulfur, its toughness degree is the same as 304.

The Door of Hinged Cold Room According to the panel thicknesses, the door is produced between the two sheets filled with 4042 kg / m³ density polyurethane insulation material. There are two available types of door casings as panel case and special aluminum case. Door panels are produced in accordance with paneling and optionally polyester coated, PVC, crni (304 quality stainless) sheet. The thickness of the door is 80100 mm for normal cold storage, 120 mm for frozen storage tanks and 150 mm for shock chambers. Door locks are manufactured in accordance with international standards and have a security mechanism that can be opened from the inside when it is locked. The hinges can rise up and adjustable type, which rises as the door is opened, provide to reduce the friction rate with the ground. The frozen storage room door has the resistance that can be changed very easily when needed.

As a standard galvanized sheet of thickness 0,50 mm and RAL9002 polyester painted plates are made twisted on the folding machine. Sheet thicknesses can depend on the project. (0,80 mm, 1 mm). Uprofiles are manufactured according to the customer's request with special manufacturing option. PVC, 304 QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL are available. U profile is used on the floor. The COOLPAN panel floor is seated in the profile. L profile panel is used as an external accessory.
