Our powder paint booths are manufactured as standard or custom design according to the customer’s needs. For the cabin selection, the dimensions of the parts and the targeted capacity are the determining elements. Our booths are made of stainless steel or galvanized sheet and fully assembled with bolts to easy disassembling. In our powder paint booths with filter, the air is sucked through the filters while the unused powder particles are held by filters. The filters are automatically and periodically pumped air in reverse direction to direct the powder paint that held by filters to the sieve tanks which is under the cabinet for reusing. As a result of this process, the unused powder paint is recycled. Polyester-Teflon and Sinter-Lamellar type filters are used in our booths. Polyester-Teflon filters are preferred due to their low cost and Sinter-Lamellar filters are preferred due to their long filter life. Powder coating booths are used to apply powder coating on the material under the most ideal conditions after the surface cleaning process and to prevent the paint particles that cannot hold onto the work piece from being escaped to the environment. Electrostatically charged dye particles adhere to the surface with maximum efficiency and homogeneous spread. The system is preferred because; non-adherent powder is reusable with the recycling system in the booths. We produce our customers orders with a 60-meterlong automatic conveyor line and 8x3x2.5 meters electrostatic powder coating box. ATOM KARINCA completely fulfills all the necessary processes and offer perfect surface quality. We perform electrostatic powder coating according to RAL color codes and surface types. Our heat box unit temperature is between 180-200 Celsius So, painted surface that becomes an integral part of the metal part. After final inspections, the materials are checked in the quality control unit, packaged (DIN standard), and then shipped to the customer.

It is preferred because it allows easy and fast color change. The powder particles which are not used passes through the cyclone unit before the filter unit. While the particles go down through cyclones with centrifugal effect, the particle that cannot be reused is sent to the filter unit and filtered there. The parts which are suitable for recycling are recycled to the system for reuse. Multi and mono type cyclone units are used in our booths. Tunnel type ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 180-200°C in 10 minutes, are used in the powder coating systems. Curing oven length is calculated according to the conveyor speed in order to achieve polymerization and curing of the work piece quantities per shift. The powder coating ovens are designed by us according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. These ovens are conveyorised, product inlet and outlets are opened designed accordint to the biggest work piece sizes. Oven can be designed as a tunnel, U, S or W-shaped according to the biggestt work piece and the work shop sizes. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating up the ovens.

Simple and efficient machines, designed for electrostatic powder coating applications with frequently color change within the day. Powder suction is directly from powder coating box that maintains easily fast color change. The equipment is movable, the body consists of a console and a chassis with a vibration table where powder box can be placed. Powder suction is achieved using a conductive pipe that maintains perfect fluidization inside the powder box and a powder injector above it. Powder coating equipment is CE certificated and conforms to the European Norms.

The oven is specially designed for the transfer process that works with the sublimation principle to give wood, marble or special effects to the outer surface of aluminum profiles and sheets. The pattern on a polyester film is transferred to the outer surface of the previously base powder coated aluminum profiles or sheets using vacuum application and heat. Wood effect transfer system consists of a trolley with special vacuum heads, a vacuum pump system, sublimation oven with circulation system and fully PLC control system.
