It is used as a bottom layer when cutting the clothing details. Microperforated paper is good for small parts of clothes cutting, because due to the small size of the holes for air removal. It holds the ready-made small multilayered fabric details and prevents them from tightening or being pulled into the brushes of the automated cutting complex. This paper is also used for manual cutting. The paper quality is excellent. When it is unfolded on the cutting table, so-called “waves” do not appear and the edges do not wrap, which ensures the advantages of its use. It is the best choice to prevent slippage, tightening, and wrinkling of the fabric, while the fabric details are cut.

It is used during the cutting process to prevent the fabric from slipping while a multi-layer fabric is cutting. In spite of its low density, it has high tensile strength. The paper is laid under the multilayered fabric blank used for the cutting process, to prevent slipping, tightening, and wrinkling of the fabric. Its color is light beige (the saturation of tones is different) and it is rough to the touch. Perforated paper has an excellent quality – when unfolded on the cutting table, “waves” do not appear and the edges do not wrap, which is very convenient for its use

The device is designed to take quick and accurate measurements of moisture content in paper, including filtering, corrugated and creped paper, as well as in cardboard of various thickness, density and number of layers. METRINCO M121P moisture meter for paper and cardboard utilizes the dielcometer measurement method. In order to perform measurements, put the device’s sensor plates against to the object of measurement and wait for the moisture meter readings to stabilize.
