The mini-cold table, developed by PRG specialists, is made of stainless steel. The countertop is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 8 mm to ensure uniform cooling of the batch of sweets and maximum heat dissipation. Side bars 20 mm thick pass along the entire perimeter of the table so that the candy mass does not cross the edges. The central moving bar can be adjusted up and down the table to provide a smaller cooling area, or allow you to create two smaller areas for simultaneous cooling of two batches.
