To compliment this, we have a 15 Tonne capacity forklift truck for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Our premises at Halifax also offers the opportunity for test builds, complete with handling facilities and auxiliaries. Our portside Goole Depot offers both internal warehousing and external storage facilities, and features a 110 Tonne straddle carrier, a 45 Tonne capacity container handler/top lift and up to 28 Tonne FLT equipment for handling storage containers and vanning/de-vanning operations. Each COLLETT depot features warehousing & specialist heavy lift equipment including 110 Tonne straddle carriers, overhead gantry cranes and fork trucks providing the ideal solution for storage and transhipment operations.

Our in-house Appointed Persons, Slingers, Banksmen and Crane Supervisors can provide mobile crane solutions, including telescopic mobiles to up 1,000 Tonnes and crawler cranes up to 2,000 Tonnes. We plan, order and supervise all mobile cranes needed, from simple single and multiple lifts, up to complex tandem operations. Our Heavy Lift Team have the knowledge and experience of all aspects of lifting operations allowing us to carry out these tasks adhering to BS7121 Safe Use of Cranes Code of Practice. This allows us to propose, engineer and deliver lifting solutions tailored specifically to each individual project. Whether handling breakbulk, project cargo, factory production equipment, abnormal loads or the components for complete wind farm developments, our Marine Services provide the ideal solution for port operation and ship's discharge throughout the UK and Europe. Our three-acre heavy lift terminal at the Port of Grangemouth is our Scottish headquarters and acts as a central hub for importing and exporting project cargo, breakbulk, abnormal loads and wind energy components. This depot features a 110 Tonne gantry crane along with other heavy duty handling equipment, and has the full use of the Port of Grangemouth, providing facilities for vessels up to 140m LOA.
