The lubricating compound is a composition of molecular polymers and synthetic base oils. For applications in the food industry, H1-approved oils are being used. A subsequent heat treatment hardens the compound to a firm, open-porous matrix structure. It completely fills the bearing cavities and cannot be displaced easily. Due to its structure, a significantly greater amount of lubricant can be stored in comparison to conventional grease. This compound is suitable for almost any geometry of roller bearings. Turmocomp HD 150 is the perfect solution in applications where re-lubrication with conventional grease or oil is not possible or where bearing failures occur regularly after a very short time due to harsh operating conditions.

Lubricating and assembly paste formulated with mineral base oils, calcium soap and polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) protecting against wear and fretting corrosion. Generally suitable for the lubrication of roller and journal bearings.

High-temperature pastes formulated with high viscosity silicone oil and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickeners for the lubrication of low-speed roller bearings. These pastes are extremely adhesive, temperature-resistant up to 260 °C and resistant to media and ageing.

Water-resistant, high-load lubricants based on mineral oils with calcium soap thickener for the long-term and long-life lubrication of roller and journal bearings.
