Our vibrant White Rum is a blend of 2 and 5 year old charcoal filtered white Rum from Trinidad which we further enhance and blend with our locally sourced Cornish spring water from Cape Cornwall for maximum flavour.

Our premium Spiced Rum is a delicious blend of 3 year cask aged Bajan rum expertly blended with a 5 year Dominican and spring water sourced at Cape Cornwall. We then further age and flavour using fresh ingredients including Vanilla, homemade caramel, oranges and honeycomb just to name a few! Available in 3 different sizes - 70cl, 35cl and 5cl and also part of our gift sets!

A beautifully balanced English rhubarb infused pink gin crafted to perfection. With tasting notes of juniper, coriander, orris root, angelica, fresh Navel orange, Scillian lemon, grains of paradise and that all important sweet yet subtly tart English rhubarb. The citrus and rhubarb notes in this expression make for a fruity, refreshing and subtly sweet pink gin. Perfectly paired with a good quality tonic water or lemonade and garnished with fresh strawberries or a slice of orange.
