As UVC sterilisation becomes more prevalent, Knight Optical can offer UV domes to house LEDs and LED arrays, as well as other light sources. We stock ready-to-order 50mm and 100mm UV fused silica domes with high transmission down to 185nm, meaning it encompasses the traditionally used UVC light sources – KCl excimer lamps (222nm), mercury lamps (254nm) and LEDs (265nm, 273nm and 280nm). Knight Optical can also provide custom domes, including with a flange for easier mounting, manufactured from UV fused silica. Also available are optical coatings to enhance the performance of the dome. Quality Assurance All optical components are tested in our state-of-the-art metrology laboratory to ensure they meet every specification, and then 100% visually inspected by our highly trained quality technicians. These RC networks are available three phase (3CRH) or single phase (CRH). • The 3CRH series of RC networks is three phase, 0.33μF 33Ω or 0.47μF 27Ω. Rated at 500V these spark quenchers are designed to reduce arching when switching reactive loads. The CRH series is fitted with flying leads.

Product Features: • Versions without mounting flanges are available in unfinished aluminium or smooth ASA 61 grey powder coat (Hammond colour GY2). • Versions with wall-mounting flanges are available in unfinished aluminium or smooth black powder coat (Hammond colour BK2). • Unpainted aluminium version is protected through manufacturing and shipping with a plastic film cover to ensure a high quality finish. Also doubles as a removable drilling template. • Steel finished in ASA 61 grey baked powder paint (inside and out to prevent rust).

Product Features: • Designed to house P.C. boards or for equipment interfacing. • Integrated slotted flanges allow for easy wall mounting. • Flange provides a completely flat bottom surface and transitions seamlessly into the extrusion body for a finished look. • Sized for 50mm wide PC boards. • P.C. boards mount into extrusions by sliding into internal slots extruded into the enclosure body. • Rugged body constructed from extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of 0.06" (1.5mm).
