DEKS are the original creators of the Dektite roof flashing, created in 1947. Our range consists of flashings for metal, plastic, glass, tile and slate roofs. You can make virtually any penetration through any roof type watertight with a Dektite or Seldek flashing. As the leading brand of rubber roof flashings, our products are made to the highest standard, fully tested and each unit is hand inspected before leaving the factory. Made from quality EPDM Rubber or Silicone material, Dektites can be used on temperatures from -50° to 200° (or 250° intermittently), are highly UV resistant and are quick and easy to install

ROOFplus Glass T-O Underlay APP is a glass-fibre based torchon underlay, saturated and coated with high quality APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bitumen and mineral additives. The membrane is finished on both sides with a thermofusible film for fast and consistent torch-on application. ROOFplus Glass T-O Underlay APP is designed for use as an underlay in built-up roofing systems or as a vapour check on newly built or refurbished flat roofs. They can also be used as part of overlay systems to existing asphalt or bituminous waterproofing. The product is not recommended for use as single ply waterproofing

LOGICROOF V-RP is a polyester reinforced, multi-component, synthetic roof waterproofing membrane made from premium-quality plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P). LOGICROOF V-RP is a single ply waterproofing membrane designed for use on mechanically fastened flat roof applications. It is particularly well suited to projects requiring high levels of fire resistance as well as those situated in cold climates.

LOGICROOF V-GR FB is a single ply waterproofing membrane designed for use on exposed flat roofs in either fully or partially adhered applications.

ROOFplus T-O Cap Sheet APP is a polyester reinforced, slate covered torch-on cap sheet, saturated and coated with high quality APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bitumen. The membrane carrier is a tough polyester reinforcement, giving the material excellent dimensional stability and very high mechanical strength. The upper layer is coated with coarse-grained slate, protecting the membrane from ultraviolet exposure and the lower layer is finished with a thermofusible film for fast and consistent torch-on application.
