The Morgan Rushworth hydraulic punching machines are available in models from 70 tonne up to 175 tonne capacity. All double punch models are equipped with a 625mm deep throat one end and a 305mm the other as standard configuration. The heavy-duty support table with adjustable backstop, universal die holder for the punching of plate, flat bar, angle iron and flange of channel and beam are all included in the standard execution. The punching machines are also available in single-ended configuration. The standard machine allows punching of up to 57mm diameter without additional equipment. The front section of the support table can be removed in order to punch angle-iron leg down. A wide range of options are available including bar bending, sheet bending and corner notching.

The new Morgan Rushworth HSP50 hydraulic punching machine comes with 45 tonne of punching power, a stroke length of 60mm and a 300mm throat. Capable of punching 38mm holes with the standard configuration, and optionally up to 110mm, it’s compact size makes it ideal for small workshops that need basic punching requirements.

The Morgan Rushworth HST hydraulic steelworkers supplied with standard tooling including repetition support tables at punch, shear and the notch stations. All five work stations are equipped with easily adjustable hold downs to safely control each operation. Comprehensive safety guards are fitted as standard on all work stations. The HST range are twin operator machines with the hydraulic system activated by two shielded foot controls, one operating the punch and the cylinder, the other operating the shear and cylinder. The system gives accurate power inching to all five work stations and allows the machine to be stopped at any position giving safe accurate tool setting and work positioning. A 1m auto crop ruled length stop and LED Lightings at the five stations are fitted as standard with all HST machines. The Promotech PRO HP portable punching machines are ideal for the punching of I beams that are too large and heavy to be processed with fixed steelworkers and punching machines. There are also considerable time savings and consumable cost savings compared to traditional magnetic drilling machines as well as the advantage of being able to also punch square and slot holes too. Our five perforating machines can perforate stainless steel, titanium and aluminium tubes from 38mm to 101.60mm⌀, in lengths up to 750mm long. The specialist tool design allows tube perforation in various patterns that can be tailored to produce bespoke and unique patterns and shapes.
