To compliment our our range of MDF wall panelling products we have created a range of Tongue and Groove Panelling in two different thicknesses, three different pitches (the distance between the grooves), 75mm, 100mm. 150mm and a “random” pitch option. Tongue and Groove Panelling The random pitch T&G wall panelling option has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options. We can also provide custom pitches upon request. Our Tongue and Groove wall panelling is supplied “cut to size” and ready to fit. To place your order, type in your preferred centres (the distance between grooves), enter the height you would like your panelling, followed by the width of your wall, and then add to cart”. If you have multiple walls you to clad, please enter the details for each wall, working from left to right, and add to your cart separately.

We believe we offer the widest range of Tongue and Groove Panelling and Cladding options available, cut to size, online. Our “standard” pitch (the distance from the bottom of one groove to the next) options include 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and even a variable, random pitch option. If that does not suit your particular project, we can also provide bespoke, custom width, Tongue and Groove Cladding to suit your exact needs. Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). This makes it the perfect choice for wall cladding projects in kitchens, bathrooms, boot rooms and utility rooms. Our V Grooved MDF panel range is the ideal solution for people looking for an Extra Deep Tongue & Grooved Panelling. The extra deep grooves are particularly effective when used in conjunction with a wider pitched design such as our 150mm or 200mm wide panels. These wider deeper grooved panels are particularly suited to creating “New England” style wall panelling and interiors.

Material can be Case Hardened Wide range of Heights and Lengths Custom Jaws also Available Aluminium cross tennon soft jaws to suit a 10 Inch power chuck. Jaws are manufactured from 6061 Aluminium. Good Quality of of material allows for machining with a good finish.

Cembloc Drybloc TG4 is available in thicknesses 18mm, 20mm, 22mm and 38mm. The Drybloc TG4 is an A1 fire rated solution in accordance with EN:13501-1:2019. Cembloc Drybloc TG4 T&G profile, reinforced cement fibre board, reinforced by natural minerals on both sides boasting an impressive loading capacity of 7kN/m² (max weight test rig could test). These dry-fit screed replacement panels at only 18mm , 20mm and 22mm thick offer minimal floor height and save on drying times when compared to traditional screeds.
