Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. These panels are not suitable for shower enclosures however, if painted in a suitable paint (not emulsion) they are perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, utilities and other rooms around the home. Our T&G effect wall paneling is supplied in an un-primed MR MDF and is available, in three pitches. 100mm, 150mm and variable. The latter having random 75mm. 100mm and 150mm centres between the grooves. Perfect for bathroom wall panelling.

Reeded, Beaded or Ribbed MDF Panels, as we prefer to call our popular decorative wall panel solution, are suitable for a number of applications including restaurant wall cladding, cladding for bar fronts and many other domestic and commercial purposes. Our mini ribbed panelling is also suitable for creating ribbed drawer fronts and ribbed shaker doors for luxury wardrobe designs. Made from Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF is better for painting) our Ribbed MDF panels are available primed or un-primed (raw) and in a range of standard sheets sizes. Our in-house capabilities also allow us to offer cut to size and spray finishing upon request.

The most popular or our MDF decorative wall panels is, without doubt, our range of Fluted MDF panels. Available in three “standard” variations, Large, Standard and Mini, each of which is available in primed, and un-primed options as well as a range of sheets sizes and orientations. If you require a “cut to size” service for your particular project, we can also, due to the way our panels are machined, adjust the pitch of our standard and mini fluted MDF panels to suit the width of our panels so they fit your space perfectly. This will allow you to accommodate fixed panel widths on projects such as decorative kitchen island panelling, or decorative feature walls, without awkward partial flutes or unsightly, irregular finishing on end or corner details. Our fluted MDF panels have been used for feature walls in restaurant, hotel and bar interiors, entrance features for high end apartment developments and many other commercial and domestic applications.
