Water jet ejector uses water as motive force. Liquid Jet Eductors use the kinetic energy of a motive liquid to entrain another liquid,completely mix the two, and then discharge the mixture against a counter pressure and are used in large numbers throughout industry for pumping and mixing operations. Water Jet Eductors consist of three basic components, namely a converging nozzle, a diffuser (or venturi), and a body to hold these parts in their relative positions and to provide a suction (or mixing) chamber. In addition, they can be equipped with accessories such as regulating spindles. Water Jet Eductors can also be staged with higher vacuum steam ejectors. In this case, the eductor serves both as the final pumping stage as well as a fairly good direct contact condenser, condensing the motive steam from the high vacuum steam ejectors.

All of the Jet Flow Boiler Feed Water Heaters are designed in accordance with HEI standards, TEMA and ASME codes. Jet Flow uses state of the art computer programs to perform the thermal hydraulic and mechanical design of each Feed Water Heater we fabricate. Jet Flow designs and manufactures both Low Pressure (LP) and High Pressure (HP) feed water heaters which may be installed either vertically or horizontally, depending on the plant design requirements. Each Jet Flow Feed Water Heater will contain from one to three separate heat transfer areas of zones including the Condensing, Desuperheating and Subcooling zones. Our heaters can be provided with multiple zones within the shell side Condensing Zone Included in all heaters,steam is condensed in this zone and non condensable gases are removed.

These pins are available in press fit or thread fit versions. Both styles of the pins are manufactured from “heat treatable” 17-4PH stainless steel and the Press Fit Pins are also available in 12L14 mild steel so that users can easily machine them to no-standard diameters if required. The top of the Pins have a slight taper creating maximum line contact in bore and providing clearance during load/unload. Designed for quick set-ups on secondary operations, material coming off prep stations, water-jets or even applications outside of your machining centers.

The most effective way to clean blocked DPF/FAP/KAT filters is by using a high-pressure water jet combined with a carefully selected detergent. This method, known as hydrodynamic treatment, involves using a pressurized water machine and is the only technique that can thoroughly remove all types of particulates from both the inlet and outlet channels of the filter insert. The jet of working fluid is directed from the outlet side of the filter—usually the unblocked outlet channels—allowing the water and detergent to permeate the micropores in the walls that separate the channels and reach the clogged inlet channels.

Water meters using the multi-jet principle are the best cost/performance, long life, flow measurement instruments. Our water meters offer wide clearances in the measuring chamber and negligible area of contact between static and moving parts. It is these characteristics which are the main reasons for the high reliability of this design even in hard water.
