UKF Group stocks one of the largest ranges of perforated exhaust tube in Europe. Our Perforated Exhaust Tube finds application with automotive exhausts, and filtration systems. We offer standard 6011 pattern in Stainless Steel Grade 304 (1.4301) and Grade 409 (1.4512), from stock, in lengths up to 6 metres. Custom lengths and alternative patterns are available upon request.

Our state-of-the-art fibre laser provides you an unprecedented level of freedom in design. Capable of processing tube and box material in varying aluminium, stainless steel and titanium grades and thicknesses. Our laser service provides you with a wealth of new options to consider. As an All-In-One Solution, our laser can do more than just cut material. The laser can implement multiple functions in a single operation, including: cutting, drilling, notching and etching. What once would have taken hours and multiple operations and personnel, now only takes seconds with the help of our friendly Laser Operators, Adrian and Martin. Opposed to traditional cutting methods, laser machines do not require contact upon cutting, -minimising contamination and unwanted marking to the material. When paired with the internal suction probe (more commonly known as “the spoon”), we can produce a final product to a higher standard of finish both in terms of cleanliness and aesthetically.

We offer a comprehensive range of super mirror marine polished stainless steel tube in grade 316 (1.4401). The size range covers tubes from ½” (12.70mm) – 2.1/2” (63.50mm) with a 16 gauge (1.6mm) wall thickness. Suitable for marine environments and high-chloride exposure.

We hold a complete range of stainless steel handrail tube in all standard diameters. By maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, we can source additional components or fittings upon request. These components allow for quick installation of even the most complex and attractive stainless steel railings and balustrade systems. >Material is available in both grades 304 (1.4301) and 316 (1.4401), and comes either in un-polished, satin polished or mirror polished finish.

As the sole UK Agent for Marcegaglia's Automotive Division, our customers have exclusive access to one of the UK's most comprehensive ranges of stainless steel automotive tube. We supply a wide range of welded exhaust tube in standard lengths of up to 6 metres, with option for custom lengths available. Grades 304 (1.4301) and 409 (1.4512) are the most standard grades, however other grades such as 439 (1.4510) and 441 (1.4509) are also available upon request. Products are generally kept in the As Welded condition however we also hold a complete range of polished material. For more difficult tube manipulations, a range of fully annealed material is also available from stock.
