Bando V Belts are designed to handle heavy industrial applications and are constructed using high quality materials including rubber, polyurethane and other synthetic materials to ensure optimum performance, durability and reliability. Bando V Belt and pulley mechanisms are machine elements used to transfer power from one shaft to another shaft. They are flexible elastic machine elements called belts, which are wound on pulleys connected to two shafts.

In all cases, the mechanical fastening systems ERO Joint® are linked to a traction cord embedded in the belt in order to provide the required mechanical resistance. (ERO Joint® is also available in belts without traction cord). In such cases, a traction element is added to assure the mechanical resistance of the mechanical hinge joint. Anyway using ERO Joint® V-belts ensure you a complete freedom and a high-flexibility: no specific tool, no splicing and welding procedure to respect, no deburring, no risk to miss the welding. ERO Joint® trapezoidal belts are easy to assemble.

Weldable Vbelts made of PU and TPE are available in various Shore hardnesses and diameters for conveying and powertransmission applications. Many belts are foodapproved (FDA/EC/USDA) and have various special properties for particularly demanding applications (eg. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane and high-strength steel cords or aramid cords and produced in open lengths. The V-guide is either integrated in the timing belt during production or welded into the belt later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. In addition, axial movements are prevented. Keiper self-guiding PU track timing belts are available as endlessly welded belts and cut goods, in almost any length and width.
