It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. How does vacuum handling work? Vacuum handling using suction cups is simple. A pump sucks in the vacuum between the suction cup and the part to be lifted, and stores this vacuum in a chamber dedicated for this purpose. By creating a vacuum, the atmospheric pressure is eliminated in the suction cup enclosure. The product is then pressed against the suction cup by this same atmospheric pressure of 1 kg/cm² (which varies from 950 to 1030 hectopascals); consequently, on a suction cup of 1 m² there is a pressure of 10,000 kg, making it capable of raising this same load. This physical phenomenon makes handling by suction cups an extremely efficient and reliable technique, capable of performing a very large number of handling operations.

Closed circulation vacuum system is consisted with liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor, liquid and gas separator tank, heat exchanger, instrument and valves, internal pipeline, and common base plate. The pumped gas enters the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor from the pump inlet, after compressed by the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor, the gas will enter to enter the gas-liquid separator together some of the working liquid. Inside the gas-liquid separator, the gas and liquid are separated, and the gas is discharged from the pump outlet, and the working fluid go from the heat exchanger and enter the liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor for recycling.
