Electrostatic powder coating is a solvent-free surface coating method. The coating material is very fine powder paint particles that make up the top coat layer. Powder paint is thrown in the paint booth by means of special spray guns. Electrostatically charged powder paint particles while passing through the gun adhere to the material to be painted in the cabinet and the coating process is realized. The result is a very durable, economical, environmentally friendly, wide color range and glossy surface coating. The HomEvap adiabatic humidifier is designed for domestic mechanical ventilation systems with a maximum airflow 600 m3/h. Filtered water (Legiosafe®) naturally evaporates on a special matrix, and then the humidified air is distributed to the ventilation duct system and to the connected rooms. The humidification process is regulated by a wireless room controller and a duct sensor. Builtin PTC heater compensates for temperature losses caused by the evaporation process. The housing is made of EPP, while the matrix is made of fiber glass.

The RAVAV regulator is dedicated for forced ventilation systems and is an important component for installations with variable air flow. The regulator casing is made of Z 275 galvanized sheet. Optionally, it is possible to use the 1.4301 stainless steel to build the casing. Casing sides with factoryinstalled EPDM rubber gaskets ensure tight connection to ventilation ducts. Inside the casing, the adjusting damper is also insulated (depending on the control mechanism). The servomotor is installed on the control unit casing so as to allow for thermal insulation of the system. The regulator is also available in the version with preinstalled 50 mm insulation and a galvanised steel shield. The measuring system based on aluminum impact pressure tubes and pressure relieve stub pipes ensures reliable measuring of the air flow. Sensor, control unit and servomotor are integrated in one device.

FLXHDPE and FLXHDPEA plastic ducts are used to air distribution in domestic ventilation systems. Relatively small diameters allow to hide the installation in ceilings, screeds or suspended ceilings. FLXHDPE and FLXHDPEA semirigid ducts are connected to other system components like plenum boxes or distribution boxes with a simple push fit connection. Application of seals on the FLXPLO plenum boxes’ spigots guarantees high air tightness system. FL XHDPE and FL XHDPEA semirigid ducting is made of highimpact polyethylene. This makes the entire ventilation ductwork very durable. FLXHDPEA ducts are complying with European norm EN 171922018 for rigid or semirigid nonmetallic ductwork, which defines the test methods and performance characteristics like airtightness, pressure drop, reaction to fire, resistance to external pressure , thermal resistance and microbial resistance. FLXHDPE75 semirigid ducts without an antibacterial coating are gray.

WKLDB cantilever support arms are designed for installing rectangular ventilation ducts directly along walls and for supporting heavy HVAC components, including A/C split indoor and outdoor units and AHUs. The additional bracing enhances the load capacity, permitting a wider clearance between the suspended installation parts and the walls

The DSQWA rectangular multiblade aluminium dampers can be used to control and isolate air flow in rectangular ductwork. The dampers can be installed in ventilation ducts, as wallmounted air flow regulators, or AHU air flow regulating and shutoff units. All dampers have a housing made of 4 aluminium profiles and a closure consisting of aluminium blades. The blade height is the same for all product sizes. The blades are fitted with gaskets to provide air tightness class 2 as per EN 17512003. The DSQWA damper can have a handoperated damper mechanism QDMPSAL, an externallymounted actuator, or an actuator mounting. The damper mechanism is installed on the outer surface of the housing. The damper blade rotation mechanism features short and long shafts rotating by intermeshed gears installed on bearings. The gears are installed on the outer surface of the housing.

The smog filter is designed for effective filtration of the socalled particulate matter. The PM2.5 and PM10 particles are the main component of smog, which have an optical diameter of 2.5 and 10 μm (micrometers). The filtration efficiency (removal) of PM2.5 particles reaches up to 73%, and PM10 particles up to 81% (according to tests carried out with a dust particle measuring device). The smog duct filter consists of a sealed filter box and two filters prefilter and smog filter. It is recommended to install a smog filter on the supply ducts in domestic ventilation and heat recovery systems. In the MOCarzCA version prefilter I3 was replaced by an activated carbon prefilter (or activated charcoal). The main purpose of using such a material is deodorization of air and preliminary cleaning of dust and gaseous pollutants. Activated carbon has a huge adsorption surface, which effectively "binds" on its surface particles of pollutants, bacteria, hydrocarbons.
