Metal chair frames are the basis of every solid and durable piece of furniture. Without them, in many cases, the design of the chair would be impossible. As a manufacturer of metal chair frames, we focus on the quality of workmanship and precision in production. It is a technology thanks to which we are able to make chair frames of various shapes and sizes while maintaining high quality. The bending of metal chair frames is performed on CNC mandrel benders, which ensures perfect precision and repeatability of production. Thanks to this, our frames are perfectly matched to the other elements of the chairs with which they will be connected. We conduct welding processes in carbon dioxide and argon gas shields. We weld inox steel using the TIG method. We also weld aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals. We perform spot welding on spot, table and forceps welders. We have about 10 welding machines in our machine park We have approximately 20 MIG-MAG and 5 TIG stations for welding. In our machine park we also have 3 welding robots from Yaskawa and one from ABB. Our largest robot has a working area of 6x2.5 meters.

Fully automated ultrasonic module cells are integrated in complete production lines. The design and type of the transport system used depends on customized specifications. Within the cell it is possible to implement modular arrangement of several operating stations. The weld process control is responsible for the autarkic functional sequence within the cell and communicates with the overall system controller. The solid machine design of the h-frame press with section steel frame structure is the basis for integration of multi-head tools. Equipment with up to 16 ultrasonic generators allows for cycle time-optimized process sequences in one processing station. The wet ash removal system / wet slag extractor is a subtype of the tough chain conveyor. In this type of system, the transported goods, in this case slag / ash, created during combustion, is cooled in a closed water bath and then removed. All components below the water line are welded in the factory so that they are waterproof. Our end station is also welded so that it is waterproof and is located with all components within the water bath. This means that the chain works completely below water and can no longer be impeded by floating parts. Therefore, this reduces the risk of the conveyor chain blocking or tearing to a minimum.
