Standard gear oil of so-called “moderate hypoid gear oils” for manual gearboxes, axle drives, transfer cases, overdrive gearboxes, overdrive clutches and steering systems. Application suitable for modern gearbox designs that do not require fully synthetic gearbox oil. Excellently suited for historic vehicles with manual gearboxes, also in conjunction with overdrive clutches, e.g. Laycock (note manufacturer's specifications).
