Our Salmon Steak product is a frozen product. Store at -18 C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume before the expiration date. The freezing date, expiration date and batch number are available on the packaging.

Trout is a freshwater fish of the salmon family. The rainbow trout gets its name from the presence of a red stripe on its silver body.
