The INFRA.sens® was specially developed for high-quality NDIR gas analysis. In the design phase, special emphasis was placed on high stability and a low detection limit. With the use of high-performance light emitting diodes (IR-LED) and thermal micro radiators, which were adapted to the needs of gas measurement technology, these goals were achieved in full. Die Modulreihe INFRA.sens® von Wi.Tec-Sensorik bekommt Nachwuchs, mit dem neuen SF6 Modul ist es möglich, die Reihheit und Qualität von Schwefelhexafluorid ohne Beeinträchtigung von Druck und Temperaturschwankungen zu bestimmen. Das Modul wurde so abgestimmt das es keine Querempfindlichkeit zu dem verwandten Gas CF4 gibt und somit eine eindeutige Bestimmung, auch in Mischungen, möglich ist. Je nach Anwendung kann ein Messbereich zwischen 30 Vol.% und 100 Vol.% gewählt werden, der Vorteil gegenüber am Markt bereits erhältlichen Sensoren ist die hohen Linearität und Genauigkeit auch im unteren Messbereich < 10 Vol.%. Der Sensor verfügt über die bereits bekannten Schnittstellen (RS232,CAN,MODbus) und kann über das frei erhältliche MARS-Tool gesteuert und ausgelesen werden.
