    FISAN is family business with a large history (founded in 1920, a centenary Company) which is specialized on an artisanal production of the star product from the Spanish gastronomy, the Iberico Bellota Ham. We also elaborate many other products from the Iberico Pork such as Embutidos (Chorizo, Lomo..) and frozen cuts (Pluma, Secreto, Presa...). We offer several formats in order to adapt the product to our customer needs (bone in Hams, boneless Hams, embutidos, frozen iberico pork meat and hand carved products). On the other hand, FISAN has been collaborating with some of the most prestigious Chefs from Spain such as Ricard Camarena (**Michelin), Diego Guerrero (**Michelin), Hermanos Torres (**Michelin) or José Carlos Fuentes (*Michelin) among others, who are the best example of this effort to raise the traditional flavour of our Iberico Bellota pork products to the height of amazing gastronomic creations that have given international fame to Spanish cuisine. Over the last few years, the third generation of the Sánchez family has boosted FISAN´s growth with great dedication, effort, and renewed hope, leading its products to achieve recognized excellence in a highly demanding market and expanding its commercialisation both in Spain and in more than 30 countries around the world.

We specialise in providing the catering industry in Spain (Taperias, hotels, hospitals, cafes, Michelin starred restaurants, catering groups and distributors) with ready or part cooked Tapas products, including different flavoured frozen artisan style Croquetas (Iberican ham, Iberican ham and wild mushroom, cuttlefish in their ink, cheese and spinach, octopus- all made with a béchamel filling rather than potato), Potato mixture for Spanish Omelettes, Meat & fish dishes including baby suckling pig (Cochinillo) and sauces. Our products come in a range of different formats across the chilled and frozen ranges. We also have a line of products/ ready meals which we sell through our retail sector of the company in Spanish Supermarkets.

    Welcome to Sanygran. We are pioneers in the process of Legumeat, a new food concept on the use of legumes. At Sanygran, we expand the possibilities of an easy, healthy and affordable cuisine Legumeat was created as a healthy, bouncing and “easy to cook” product. It is made by legumes flour in order to produce Beef-bean, Bocados and Legumbreta line. We add rice flour to Lengüitas (Nuggets) and Milandessa. Our product is 100% natural without additives. We don’t use Genetically Engineered Ingredients. Our goal is to present a product that is pleasant, easy, healthy and affordable. The process is very simple. We use legumes flours that are dehydrated in few seconds by a technique known as extrusion This technique has been used widely by the food industry for decades. Food such as pasta or snacks are made by this technique, and in our case, we can consider it as an ongoing cooking process. The result of this ambitious and innovative Project is a new product that we name Legumeat®, meal with meat texture, suitable for any one and with an average content in protein around 50%. The product is presented dehydrated and the way to be prepared is by boiling it in water with the flavour we want to add. Finally, the product will be ready to be used in any recipe. It is suitable for celiac and vegetarians.
