H guide unit for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø12 to Ø100 Long guide on ball bushings or bronze bearings Protected by wipers seals H guide unit according ISO standard This Classic series of linear guide unit is the most common on the market. It ensure the guiding and antirotation of the payload, the floating coupling protects the rod of the cylinder from any mechanical stress. Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø12 to 25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 100) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. Guide unit on plain bearing or ball bearing The plain bearings version is recommended for static radial loads, short strokes, dusty environments, it’s the more economical version. The ball bushings version is recommended for precision (no radial play), high loads at horizontal, long strokes and offcentering loads. For critical applications, we propose Strengthened and Heavy series and for simple antirotations, you can opt for Useries, Classic or Light.

For electric cylinders ISO 15552 size 32 to 100 Selfcentering rod coupling without axial play adapted to positioning Principle of rod coupling with reduced axial play Rod coupling with adjustable axial playThe difference with the ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinder guide units is at the level of the cylinder rod coupling on these guides for electric cylinders, the selfaligning rod coupling has no axial play (or a reduced axial play) depending on the assembly carried out, these units without axial play are therefore suitable for positioning applications. For applications without positioning accuracy or with high radial loads in static, it’s possible to use the guide units for pneumatic cylinders with a guide on plain bearings, since the rod coupling has an axial play (<0,2 mm). Guide unit for Ø125 cylinder Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 125) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators.
