Zatka Brothers is a significant Czech and Central European producer of brand name pasta and flour. At the time of its establishment in 1884, it was the first Central European pasta plant and the largest pasta plant of its type in Austro-Hungary. Since the very beginnings of its more than 130 years of existence, the company has always placed emphasis on the high quality of its products. The best proof of this is the fact that Zatka pasta and Zatka flour have remained well known not only in the Czech Republic.
