The Pallet Collar CC1 convinces with its easy, foldable handling for modern logistics and industry. It can be used as a single collar and is compatible with plastic and wooden pallets. In addition, the interlocking rims ensure safe stacking of further pallet. The variable application possibilities enable hassle-free and flexible palletising.

The CR4 / CR4-5 plastic pallets are perfect for handling heavy duty loads, use in high rack warehouses or automated process within a variety of industries. The made-for-U.S., high-quality CR4 / CR4-5 is made from HDPE, equipped with integrated reinforcement profiles for increased load capacity and 100% recycable. Palgrip® anti-slip strips on the top deck ensure maximum load safety.

The abrasion-resistant anti-slip plates provide excellent slip resistance on the deck or under the runners. Compared to common plastic surfaces, Craemer Palgrip® anti-slip sheets offer absolute slip resistance even in high humidity thanks to their grain structure. The unique Palgrip® anti-slip panels are made from high quality HDPE and are permanently part of the deck and the anti-slip runners will last the lifetime of the pallet. The CB3 High pallet box is injection moulded in one shot with three runners or nine feet and therefore particularly robust. With a height of 1,140mm and a capacity of around 1,000 litres, it is the perfect solution for efficiently transporting particularly large quantities or bulky goods. Single-mould production ensures a robust runner or foot connection; additional ribs above the entry openings of the closed outer walls offer increased protection against forklift tines and the strong ribbing of the lower deck ensures that the bottom of the container is very robust. Integrated stacking cams on the outside corners lock with the stacking pockets in the bottom, ensuring stacked boxes are firmly secured. The SB3 pallet box is optionally available in a closed or perforated version, with three runners or nine feet. The particularly stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and, with the former version, secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines while the seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces enable easy emptying, easy cleaning and good drying properties. The all-round stacking shoulder in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system). HB3 hygiene box – a worldwide novelty on the market HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box on the market with welded runners. The new HB3 box in industrial size (outer dimensions, l x w x h: 1200 x 1000 x 790 millimetres) consists of two one-piece injection-moulded elements: the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. Another special feature: A patented weld seam geometry for joining both plastic elements ensures maximum impact resistance and break strength; the weld seam is contour-milled and therefore almost invisible. The HB3 box, with a tare weight of approx. 42 kilograms (without reinforcement profiles), can carry a volume of max. 580 litres and withstand a stacking load of 5000 kilograms. The box is extremely rigid thanks to the welding of top and bottom part. Three additional metal reinforcement profiles (available as an option) permit a further increase of bending stiffness.

The CR1 Euro pallet is optionally available with or without reinforcement profiles. With profiles, it is the perfect solution for complex tasks and therefore firmly established as multi-use pallet, especially in pooling. The sturdy CR1 heavy-duty pallet has proven its worth in internal logistics processes of numerous industries, including automation, metal processing, machine construction and tool making. Without steel profiles, the CR1 is ideal for applications where the extreme load-bearing capacity of the metal-reinforced version is not needed.
