Leo B1400B90 Drive, a new high-performance closed-loop servo drive controller suitable for Servo and BLDC motors. It has been designed with efficiency in mind and incorporates optimized control algorithms to provide the perfect trade-off between efficiency and performance. It represents the latest generation of servo drives that offer best-in-class performance in compact housing, has a high level of integration, high power (up to 1400W), and includes all the latest technologies required by the market. Leo’s incredibly compact design includes multiple communication ports, thus enabling a wide choice of interfacing methods. Its voltage operating range allows it to be used in several applications, and the small footprint as well as the presence of a heatsink allow the controller to be a valid option for critical-size applications. This controller is provided with several general-purpose inputs and outputs in the logic.

Planetary gearboxes have the advantage of being compact with high efficiency, low backlash and provide a high torque-to-weight ratio, especially when compared to other types of gearboxes. The Delta Line portfolio of high-performance planetary gearboxes are robust; they are designed to sustain intermittent or sudden load changes and are ideally suited for precise positioning applications. The addition of the 3-stage option to the GP42-S and GP56-T gearboxes provides versatility that allows engineers to take control of design tradeoffs. The GP42-S gearbox is 42mm in diameter and the high-load GP56-T gearbox has a diameter of 56mm. The length of the gearbox is 70.6 mm and 86 mm, respectively. Within the 3 Stage option, each frame size has two reduction ratios to select from: - GP42-S available with 96:1 or 241:1 reduction ratio - GP56-T available with 101:1 or 256:1 reduction ratio

The Delta Line Phoenix Drive product family is the next generation of highly integrated motor control solutions. By processing all real-time critical functions within the drive, the Phoenix Drive minimizes communication traffic, reduces controller dimensions and decreases the overall system cost. It also provides axis synchronization, making the Phoenix Drive a cost-effective integrated motion controller. The Phoenix Drive uses EtherCAT high speed communication protocol and is available in two configurations: B100 and B500. Both configurations include system protections such as over current, over and under voltage, overheating, phase-to-phase shorts and ground shorts. These drives control BLDC motors with both 5V encoders and hall effect sensors. The B500 Controller includes brake output of 1.3A and STO (Safe Torque Off).

The Delta Line Servo Motor Family is available in 6 Frame sizes from 38 mm square up to 130 mm square with rated torque ranges from 0.16 Nm to 14.3 Nm. Each of the six frame sizes is available in a low voltage (optimized for 48 VDC) and medium voltage (optimized for 220 VAC) version. Brake and encoder options can be selected. Delta Line extends their famous design flexibly to their new Servo Motor Line where they can engineer custom windings, face mounts and custom keyways.
