The P-Log3021-MMC was specifically developed for applications demanding an increased memory capacity and high sampling rates. The measurement of the water level is carried out based on a piezoresistive pressure sensor and the measurement of the temperature is achieved by a high-precision measuring resistor. Its exceptionally high resolution and accuracy allow for water level and wave movements to be measured accurately to the very last millimetre.

The O2-Log3050 is a data logger for dissolved oxygen and temperature. It measures the oxygen saturation level in the water and saves the readings to its internal memory. It also calculates the ppm and mg/l concentration and allows for user-friendly recalibration and changing of its O2 electrode. In combination with its automatic temperature compensation it is best suited for operation in lakes, rivers, in sewage-treatment plants or for monitoring transportation, e. g. of fish.

Each sensor model also measures temperature thus ensuring precise and temperature compensated readings. Electronic circuits are entirely integrated into the stainless steel housing making it compact and entirely submersible. Of course, it can also be installed in the process assembly. The user himself can perform calibration and exchange the electrode on each model. Devices are available with analog, digital and switching output. Analog outputs are 0-1V/0-10V or 4..20mA in thre-wire or as 4-20mA current loop. Optionally, the sensors can be fitted with a relay output whose switching value will be factory-set, but can later be changed with the programming kit.

P-Sense transducers for pressure and temperature can be used both in air and in water or other fluids. Devices come with analog, digital or switching output and can be configured for absolute pressure or gauge pressure measurements. Potential fields of application are water level monitoring or fluid level measurements, e. g. in bodies of water, sewage treatment plants, storage tanks etc. The p-Sense320 probe can be fitted with an RS485 interface instead of an analog output which can optionally be connected to a computer using a RS232 adapter. Connection and data transfer to a PC/notebook can established with the Windows terminal.

The DK310 incorporates an integrated temperaturesensor whereas the DK311 offers an connector socket for an external temperature sensor. Standard probes are reasonably priced air or surface probes, however a variety of other sensors are optionally available. The DK311 is protected against splash water according to IP65 - the DK310 complies even with IP68 and is thus fully submersible.

Laser Scanner Solution: This task is a typical application of the high-resolution QuellTech 2D/3D Q5-880 Blue Laser Scanners. Two of these units are placed at the left and at the right of the measuring objects, at a defined inclination angle. Blue laser light in this case is a prerequisite, as the cast parts are red-hot, hence emitting in the red spectral range. Additionally, the client was in need of a software solution for the project, so a 3D point cloud processing application was implemented, performing inline and evaluating width, height and angle results. QuellTech customer is able to inspect continuously the product quality, simultaneously avoiding scrap. He uses the same system for more than 10 different types of castings.
