PowderProof® is the practically proven professional solution for mobile sampling of powders and granules. Different lances and augers can be attached to the robust drive unit and swapped without any problems. This modular design makes PowderProof® a versatile instrument for sampling powders and granules from drums, barrels, bags or sacks. Safe and reliable sampling is made even easier with useful accessories such as basket-enclosed bottles, sample bags and close-it control seals. PowderProof® with lance for horizontal use, such as sampling from sacks, with lance for vertical use, for sampling from open containers such as barrels, drums or bags.

The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

The sampling spoon with long handle can be used to remove powders, granulates, pastes or liquids. The long handle makes it easy to reach the bottoms of larger containers as well and allows for sampling of drums, jerrycans and bottles with small opening diameters. Thanks to the indentations on the handle, the disposable spoon rests comfortably and securely in the hand.
