Arbekina is a traditional Spanish olive variety, known for its excellent olive oil, aroma and fruity taste, without bitterness. It is a relatively small tree with small and aromatic fruits that are suitable for dense planting. The Spanish olive cultivation is characterized as overproductive and resistant to low temperatures up to -18 ° C. It is the most famous olive variety in Greece. It is small in size and ripens from October until December. It weighs from 0.3 to 1.0 grams and its height is from 12 to 15 millimeters.
