Processing of blind rivets nuts up to M12 Very compact. Very powerful. Despite the very small dimensions, the conception as a ratchet tool allows the processing of blind rivets nuts up to M12 (aluminum and steel)!! The perfect tool for repair tasks is supplied in a high quality case in aluminum look.

In the processing of blind rivets, the lever tool BZ 70 covers the range from 3.0 up to 6.0 mm (aluminum). The main focus of this type of tool is on an especially durable and robust construction for daily use in workshops or on construction sites. Supplied in an impact-resistant plastic case. The replacement nosepieces are stored in a locked box integrated in the mandrel container.

Self-clinch studs are fasteners that have a serration under the head. At inserting into the metal sheet it presses the displaced material into the rivet ring to secure the fastener. Sheet metal fasteners with internal and external threads are especially suitable for working with thin metal sheets starting with 0.5 mm thickness. This reduces the thickness of the elements in general in favour of lower weight and less material. Aft er processing they are permanently connected to the base material. The screwed connecti ons can be removed aft erwards without risking displacement of the fastener. Through this the production processes are rationalized and secured.

Reliable with low wear. On the HONSEL BZ 143A, the clamping jaws are specially adapted to the trapezoidal grooves of the rivet mandrel. In combination with the modified clamping mechanism, this guarantees secure and positive setting of FERO® BULB high-strength blind rivets (or comparable types) with mandrel diameters from 3.8 to 6.15/6.5 mm! Wear of the clamping jaws is minimised!

The HONSEL Rivdom eBZ 3 battery riveter was developed specially for the demands of the setting of high-strength blind rivets with 6.4 and 7.8 mm diameter with grooved rivet stud! The clamping jaws specially designed for this geometry and a modified clamping mechanism guarantee reliable and positive settings of high-strength blind rivets with a stud diameter from 3.8 to 6.15 mm. This also helps to minimise wear on the clamping jaws. Rivdom eBZ 3 has a modern brushless DC (BLDC) motor. Ergonomy and comfort: Quick-release mechanism: No more than one open-jaw wrench for maintenance! Individual return mode setting: When using manual return mode, the trigger has to remain pressed until the rivet is sheared. High-strength for design and repair Coil threaded inserts or “coils” are an outstanding solution for achieving highstrength joints in parts made from low-strength materials (e.g. aluminium lightweight constructions). At the same time, high wear resistance is guaranteed. Furthermore, the inserts are ideally suited for the repair of damaged threads. Very simple handling Coils consist of a specially formed and coiled wire with a driver pin that can be removed after installation and can be fitted quickly and easily in just a few steps. Blind rivet nuts with continuous hexagonal (Hexaform) or partial hexagonal shank (Hexatop) are another possibility to avoid the rotation of the fastener in the component as alternative to knurled shafts. Especially with coated components or when using tools smaller working stroke you can achieve excellent results.

With its extremely compact dimensions and its powerful integrated hydraulic, the high performance VNG 152 is the perfect helper in tight mounting situations. Self-clinch standoffs can serve as spacers or distance pieces. The hexagon head is simply pressed into the metal sheet, that the material will compress in the nut. The pressing in at the head finishes completely flush. A wide selection of open or closed versions is available. For applications with high strain versions with larger heads and higher compressive tensile strengths can be produced.
