Hazardous area „L" immersion heater ATEX EEx e + EEx d T1 – T6 The “ISES-L” and “FP/BFP-L” series of hazardous area immersion heaters are ideally suited for installation within process tanks, sited in zone 1 or 2 hazardous areas. The design of the heater provides horizontal mounting of the elements, beneficial for low liquid level applications but allowing vertical installation which facilitates withdrawal from the vessel top. This design of heater is particularly for heating for heating the contents of underground storage tanks.

Flameproof mini line heaters ATEX Ex II 2 G Ex’d’ IIC T4-T6 nach EN60079-0 und EN60079-1 The Exheat range of flameproof mini line heaters consist of a screw plug or flanged type immersion heater mounted in a thermally insulated heating vessel. They are designed to efficiently transfer heat to a flowing medium (liquid, air or gas). All flameproof heaters are fully ATEX certified and designed for use in zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, gas group IIC.

Flameproof unit air heater ATEX EEx d IIC T3 ATEX The „FUH“ range of flameproof electrical unit air heaters offer a hazardous area, space heating solution, for large premises requiring high heating capacity. They are certified for zone 1 or 2 areas, where the flammable atmosphere is a group IIA, IIB or IIC gas. This heater has an internal fan.

ATEX certified flameproof thermostats ATEX II 2 G/D EEx d IIC T6 The Exheat „AFT“ flameproof thermostat are ATEX certified, suitable for installation in zone 1 or 2 and 21 or 22 hazardous areas. It has external adjustment enabling quick & accurate variable control for liquid, gas and air applications.

ATEX certified flameproof thermostats ATEX EEx d IIC T6 The Exheat „HFT“ flameproof thermostat are ATEX certified, suitable for installation in zone 1 or 2 hazardous areas. It is designed for the temperature control of work or storage areas, in conjunction with a hazardous area air heater.

Electrical flange type immersion heaters The range of immersion heaters type FHK offers an economic heating solution for process tanks, pressure vessels and similar plant. The standard heater consists of a number of rod elements TIG welded into a process flange. A robust terminal box protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. Dependent on application, the heater can be provided with temperature control by contactor or thyristor.

Immersion heater with cores The range of core immersion heaters type FHK-P offers a heating solution for liquid media where a low heat density is required. The special element / sheath arrangement allows the element cores to be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a number of core elements fitted into a process flange. A robust terminal box protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. Dependent on application, the heater can be provided with temperature control by contactor or thyristor.

EEx’e‘ certified immersion heater EEx e T1 – T6 ATEX The “FHK-Exe” type electric immersion heaters are EExe certified. These heaters are custom built to meet client specifications and suitable for use in zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas. The range of immersion heaters type FHK-Exe offers an economic heating solution for process tanks, pressure vessels and similar plant. The standard heater consists of a number of rod elements TIG welded into a process flange. A robust Ex’e’ terminal box protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. Dependent on application, the heater can be provided with temperature control by contactor or thyristor.

Electrical flange type immersion heaters The series of electrical Flange Type FHK-L provides a solution for the heating of liquids / molten salts or similar applications in process tanks or underground tanks. It can also be tank filling levels with very low heat, since only the lower horizontal portion is heated. The flange heater consists of a number of heating elements, which are built into the process flange. The electrical wiring is done in a robust electrical terminal box.
