On the market we sell only fresh, Kalamon table olives.The table olives Kalamon are without a doubt considered the supreme palatable olives. Their shape is oval and the natural size varies from tree to tree and year to year, depending on the rain and quantity of olives on each tree. The color varies from black to different hues of deep purple and brown. The fact that our farming method is strictly organic and that the trees are not artificially watered, contributes to the high quality of the olives. After the collection, the table olives are separated with a special machine and are categorized according to their size. Typically there are 5 sizes of table olives. In our family we sell to our customers only the biggest ones. will be convinced of the quality at the first test!
