In this non-cutting forming process, we produce hollow parts in several stages from a metal strip that can be made of aluminium, stainless steel, copper or brass, among other materials. Deep drawing has decisive advantages over other processes: Material consumption and production costs are lower, and at the same time the strength of the components is higher. Für die exklusiven Füllhalter, Kugelschreiber und Tintenroller eines Schreibgeräte-Herstellers fertigen wir mit Tiefziehtechnologie Aluminiumteile in Großserie.Angenehm liegen Füllhalter, Kugelschreiber und Tintenroller in der Hand, edel sehen sie aus. Die nahtlos aus Aluminium tiefgezogenen Deckel und Körper verleihen der Schreibgeräte-Edition einen exklusiven Look. Als der Hersteller plante, diese neue Edition auf den Markt zu bringen, ließ er sie eigens von einem bekannten Designer konzipieren. Da dieser jedoch keinerlei Augenmerk auf die Herstellbarkeit der Teile legte, stand der Kunde vor der großen Herausforderung, einen Lieferanten zu finden, der die Teile in Großserie produzieren konnte, ohne Abstriche beim Design machen zu müssen. Selbstverständlich muss bei einem so edlen Produkt jedes Bauteil ganz besonders hochwertig sein. Bei den Aluminiumteilen gilt es im Hinblick auf die Folgeprozesse vor allem darauf zu achten, dass die Oberflächen sauber sind.
